Before curing: with a spatula to remove uncured gel, and then removing adhesive residue with isopropyl alcohol.
After curing: mechanical means such as a doctor blade to remove as much of the section, and then with a solvent (mineral oil, toluene, xylene, acetone) and soaked to swelling, it can be easily removed.
